When Mother Nature Reacted

Amidst this hue and cry, when every soul on this planet has been affected by Covid-19 in one way or the other. Humans are limiting themselves to their cosy rooms. Everyone is afraid of getting caught by this dreadful disease, which had already affected more than 213 million people around the globe with 4.4 million deaths and millions are being treated in hospitals and new cases are piling up every single day. But everyone is missing one thing, what is it actually that Mother Nature wants from us, is she taking revenge from us for wiping out her forests, polluting her atmosphere or melting her glaciers. In one way or the other, it's obvious mother nature is not happy at all with us and it's very well accepted that we didn't turn out to be her loyal son's. Greed for wealth and luxury has brought us to the brink of extinction today. We killed our morals, ethics and everything that our ancestors used to stand for. Each one of us including me was happy with what was happening around us, mother nature was dying thousands of deaths with our activities every day.
This virus is a part of mother nature and it didn't come from Mars or Jupiter, and this virus has been living on this planet may be way before humans set their foot here. So now as this virus is cornering us from everywhere and with no place to run for our lives, what can be done to stop this dreadful monster, as science has failed to come up with any possible vaccine yet. World leaders are advising us to stay at home, we are being advised to increase social distancing and at the same time few leaders have turned this crisis into a "Big Boss Show" people are being told to perform tasks like clapping hands, beating utensils, and using candlelight, torches.
Since World War 2, many world events were cancelled like Wimbledon, summer Olympics, French Open, Formula 1 etc. The situation is grim and it is much more serious than one can imagine, many are stuck far away from their families in foreign lands, because of the lockdown, travel has been banned in almost every part of the world. Governments around the world are in a catch-22 and nobody can predict the future, these are dark times but there is hope, and hope is a good thing, maybe the best of things, and no good thing ever dies. It's time to lay low and let mother nature cleanse herself of the sins of mankind, and there is a lesson for so-called developed countries, who brag about their technology and medical science they were all taken by surprise by this disease and they are the ones who are badly affected by it now and it's pity to watch them suffer like this and they can't do anything about this disease.

But when the melancholy fit shall fall
Sudden from heaven like a weeping cloud,
That fosters the droop-headed flowers all,
And hides the green hill in an April shroud

John Keats ~ Ode to Melancholy
